Citizen Alert

The municipality of Bristol set up a service that can activate sequences of calls, texts and emails to its citizens. This service is used in emergency situations such as a water boil advisory, water main breaks, as well as other important messages such as work to be done, modifications to the pickup schedule of garbage and recycling, etc.

The aim is that in a very short time, all the citizens can be reached. This tool issues alerts via different channels (automated voice call, text messaging, email), in French or English, according to your preference.

The project addresses a need expressed by the municipality, to communicate with its citizens during events or other and coordinate the distribution of information.
