{"id":10765,"date":"2025-09-12T10:38:08","date_gmt":"2025-09-12T14:38:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bristolmunicipality.ca\/triennial-roll-3rd-year\/"},"modified":"2025-09-23T11:08:40","modified_gmt":"2025-09-23T15:08:40","slug":"triennial-roll-3rd-year","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bristolmunicipality.ca\/fr\/triennial-roll-3rd-year\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00f4le triennal 3e ann\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>AVIS PUBLIC est, par les pr\u00e9sentes, donn\u00e9 par Christina Peck de la municipalit\u00e9 de Bristol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sommaire refl\u00e9tant l\u2019\u00e9tat du r\u00f4le d\u2019\u00e9valuation fonci\u00e8re pour la troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e du r\u00f4le triennal d\u2019\u00e9valuation 2024, 2025 et 2026 de la municipalit\u00e9 de Bristol a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9 \u00e0 mon bureau le 12 septembre 2025;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que pour l\u2019exercice financier 2026 du r\u00f4le d\u2019\u00e9valuation fonci\u00e8re 2024, 2025 et 2026 de la municipalit\u00e9 de Bristol, une demande de r\u00e9vision pr\u00e9vue par la section 1 du chapitre X de la Loi sur la fiscalit\u00e9 municipale, au motif que l\u2019\u00e9valuateur n\u2019a pas effectu\u00e9 une modification qu\u2019il aurait d\u00fb y apporter en vertu de l\u2019article 174 ou 174.2, peut \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9e en tout temps au cours de l\u2019exercice financier pendant lequel survient un \u00e9v\u00e9nement justifiant une modification du r\u00f4le ou au cours de l\u2019exercice suivant, si l\u2019\u00e9valuateur n\u2019effectue pas cette modification;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La demande de r\u00e9vision doit \u00eatre faite sur le formulaire pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 cet effet et \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9e du montant d\u2019argent prescrit par le r\u00e8glement de la MRC Pontiac, \u00e0 d\u00e9faut de quoi elle est r\u00e9put\u00e9e ne pas avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9e. Le formulaire ainsi que le r\u00e8glement sont disponibles sur la page \u00c9valuation Fonci\u00e8re sur le site internet de la MRC Pontiac au :<br><a>https:\/\/mrcpontiac.qc.ca\/residents\/evaluation-des-biens\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de la demande est effectu\u00e9 par la remise du formulaire d\u00fbment rempli ou par son envoi par courrier recommand\u00e9 \u00e0 la MRC Pontiac, au 602, Route 301 Nord, Campbell\u2019s Bay, (Qu\u00e9bec), J0X 1K0 \u00e0 l\u2019attention du Service d\u2019\u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cas o\u00f9 la demande est effectu\u00e9e par la remise du formulaire d\u00fbment rempli, elle est r\u00e9put\u00e9e avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9e le jour de sa r\u00e9ception.
