
PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC CONSULTATION FOR PROJECT # 312A.2 TO AMEND THE ZONING BY-LAW
IN THE NORWAY BAY SECTOR
Public Notice is hereby given as follows:
- During a Council Meeting held on May 4th, 2026, Council adopted the third Draft of By-Law # 312A.2 amending Zoning By-Law # 312A.1 by modify the zoning provisions and the zoning plan affecting Norway Bay.
- This draft by-law will be presented at a Public Consultation to be held on Wednesday June 17th at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall located at 32 Aylmer Road, Bristol, Quebec.
- Draft By-law # 312A.2 aims to regularize existing non-residential uses in Norway Bay, consolidate zones with similar provisions and add a zone allowing commercial use for professional and retail services (C3) along Wharf Road and Second Line to encourage the emergence of local businesses.
- A copy of the draft by-law may be consulted at the municipal office, located at 32 Aylmer Road, Bristol, during regular office hours. A copy is also available online on the municipal website.
